Your privacy and protection of Your personal information is important to us. In this Privacy Policy ( hereinafter referred to as – PP) You will find the main rules and regulations for the managing of personal information, when:

You use the e-shop proud.lt (hereinafter – Proud.LT);
You use websites www.ejimas.lt, ikivelomaratonas.lt and www.winterrally.lt ;
You sign up for events organised by us;
You take part in events organised by us;
You take part in lotteries, games and other promotions published by us;

This PP describes, among other things, the type of the information we gather and protect (manage) and for what purpose it is done, how long we keep it, how You can control your personal information and how to contact us.

Who adheres to this PP?

Because the 2016 April 27th European Parliament and Council regulation (ES) 2016/679 allows one PP to be used by several subjects for the safety of persons when dealing with personal information and the free movement of that information (hereinafter – Regulation), this PP is used and adhered by in their activities by UAB “Pitlane” and VšĮ “Nacionalinis automobilių klubas”.

Parties in charge of the data

As you have read beforehand, there are two parties who manage your personal information:

UAB “Pitlane” (legal person code 300085352, address Vakarinė g. 2, Vilnius) – website winterrally.lt personal information manager, who determines the conditions for managing personal information by using the accounts of the websites and social networking sites controlled by the personal information manager;
VšĮ “Nacionalinis automobilių klubas” (legal person code 302460160, address Vakarinė g. 2, Vilnius) – e-shop Proud.LT, website ikivelomaratonas.lt personal information manager, who determines the conditions for managing personal information by using the accounts of the websites and social networking sites controlled by the personal information manager;

Every one of the information managers in this PP is called Information manager, dependent on the context. The information manager ensures that Your personal information data is managed according to the regulations of the law.

Important

The conditions specified in the PP are applied every time You access the materials and/or services provided by us, disregarding which device (computer, mobile phone, iPad etc.) You are using it.

This information is important, because every time that You visit websites or accounts in social networking sites owned by the Information manager, by signing up for events or subscribing to newsletters, You agree to the conditions described in this PP, so take some time to read through it carefully.

We kindly remind You that personal information is any information that can be used to identify a person, as well as information about a person who is already identified.

We respect Your privacy and are taking necessary technical and organisational precautions regulated by legislation to ensure that Your personal information is protected and that the procedure for data management abides by the legislation.

While managing Your personal information we abide by the Regulation, Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, law of electronic communications of the Republic of Lithuania, law of the protection of the user rights of the Republic of Lithuania, law of accounting of the Republic of Lithuania, the law of public entities of the Republic of Lithuania, law of the joint-stock companies of the Republic of Lithuania, other regulations and legislation regulating the management of personal information and protection.

Why and how is Your information as a client collected?

Your data that we collect is dependent on:

which services of ours You use and which products you purchase;
which information You provide us with when you create an account for Proud.LT or other of our websites, agree with the use of cookies and/or subscribe to newsletters.

By using Proud.LT or if You want to participate in the events organised by us you do not have to provide any personal information, but in that case, it is possible that we will not be able to provide an opportunity to use the services of Proud. LT, include You in the list of participants of the event, You will not be able to purchase products offered on Proud.LT or use any other services (hereinafter – Services) offered by us.

Persons who are younger than 16 years cannot provide any personal information through our website(s) and social networking accounts. If you are a person who is younger than 16 years, before handing in Your personal information You must have consent from Your parents or other lawful caretakers and provide proof of it for us.

1. Registration

1.1 Proud.LT

By registering and agreeing with the rules of purchase of Proud.LT (hereinafter – Rules) and PP You provide the aforementioned information directly to us. The submission of certain information is compulsory, and without doing so, You will be unable to use the services.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and You are not younger than 16 years of age. We do not take responsibility if Your information is inaccurate, incomplete or falsely provided.

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname Contact information (e-mail address) Date of birth (non-compulsory)
Legal basis	Your consent, PP and Rules. Purpose of information gathering – administrative purposes for Your connection to Proud.LT, implementation of Rules and creation of sales contracts in the electronic domain as well as the execution of those contracts.

Based on this information, a unique profile is created for You with which we will be able to identify You as a registered user of Proud.LT. It will give an opportunity to use the Services for registered users following the conditions outlined in the Rules and/or in this PP.

This information is used:

to recognize You (when you want to update, change Your information, when you get in contact regarding change of personal information, with relation to the fulfillment of personal information legislation enforcement and other);
to communicate with You (responses to questions, remarks, providing important information to You).

If the information provided by You changes, inform us immediately by changing the information in question in your profile.

Without the opportunity to verify, by accepting Your information, we regard it as correct, and all of Your agreements are done on Your own free will after getting acquainted with this PP and the Rules.

1.2 Ėjimas.lt

By registering in the “Ėjimas” event (hereinafter – Ėjimas) and agreeing with the regulations of Ėjimas ( hereinafter – Regulations) and PP, you directly provide us with the specified information. The submission of certain information is compulsory and without doing so, You will be unable to use the services.

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname Contact information (e-mail address, phone, residential city) Date of birth Gender Name of team (non-compulsory)
Legal basis	Your consent, PP and Regulations. Purpose of information gathering – for Your participation in the event according to the Regulations of the event.

Based on this information, we will be able to identify You as a registered participant of Ėjimas, assign Your chosen type of heat, provide information about the event. This will provide an opportunity to take part in the Ėjimas following the conditions provided in the Regulations.

This information can also be used:

to recognize You (when you want to update, change Your information, when you get in contact regarding change of personal information, with relation to the fulfillment of personal information legislation enforcement and other);
to communicate with You (responses to questions, remarks, providing important information to You);
to portray the list of participants on ejimas.lt webpage – only the name, surname and name of the team (if provided);
To publish the results of the competition and challenges (as well as on ejimas.lt webpage) – only the name, surname and name of the team (if provided).

If the information provided by You changes, inform us immediately by writing to info@ejimas.lt.

2. Profile administration

The information used to oversee and administrate Your profile:

to provide authorization for sign-in;
to have an opportunity to carry out identification;
to manage correct and newest information;
to ease the usage of the shopping list.

Seeking to enforce these functions, analyses are performed.

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname; Contact information (address, e-mail address); Information used to log in to the profile; Account actions (including technical browsing data).
Legal basis	Rules and PP. Purpose of gathering information – data has to be managed, to manage and administrate Your user profile with Your and our interests in mind.

3. Orders/Purchases

When forming and executing the sales contracts, performing refunds (in cases of return of goods), providing discounts etc. – we also handle information related to Your purchase operations.

The information is used to:

provide, deliver the ordered/purchased products (as well as notifications about delivery or communication for delivery);
to have an opportunity to carry out identification;
to manage payments (including analysis, which payment options should be offered).

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname; Contact information (for example e-mail address, delivery address); Payment information ( for example: Operation link, date); Information of orders (names of goods, amounts, prices, discounts); History of payments (method, information); Client number.
Legal basis	Legislative acts, Your consent, PP and Rules. Purpose of information gathering – administrative purposes for Your connection to Proud.LT, implementation of Rules and creation of sales contracts in the electronic domain as well as the execution of those contracts.

4. Mass Media (MM) representatives’ accreditation

We handle personal information received from the representatives of MM, which is provided by the representatives of MM themselves while filling out a form to receive accreditation for the event.

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname; Date of birth; Contact information (address, e-mail address); Link to examples of works; Information on the workplace.
Legal basis	Rules and PP. Purpose of gathering information – data has to be managed, to manage and administrate Your user profile with Your and our interests in mind.

5. Newsletters

If you agreed to receive newsletters and/or offers from our partners, personal information is managed so as to provide offers and information, such as – non-individual newsletters, information about ours and our partners’ offers, discounts, promotions, sales, inquiring about Your opinion about the provided services and products.

We can forward Your e-mail address to third parties who provide specialized services for the sole purpose of sending a newsletter for You. The usage of Your e-mail address for these companies is limited, and they cannot use this information for any other purpose than providing services to us.

News and offers sent by e-mail can be cancelled at any time by pressing on a certain link at the end of an e-mail. Proud.LT registered users can also do that by logging in their Proud.LT account.

Your renunciation to get offers and newsletters from partners will not interfere with Your ability to use other services of Your account.

Legal basis	Receivers of newsletters and offers from partners – substantiated interest. Your consent to receive newsletters and partner offers.

6. Marketing of products

The person information is used to:

To show recommendations of products, remind of forgotten digital shopping carts, save product lists so it would be easier to purchase later and so on.

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname; Contact information (for example e-mail address, delivery address); Age (if provided); Information about how You use our e-shop; Information about carried out purchases; The information generated by the user (for example user history);
Legal basis	For registered and unregistered clients – substantiated interest. Purpose of information gathering – opportunity to offer You an individualized solution to implement marketing based on Your and our interests.

7. Management of customer support

We use Your data:

to answer Your queries, complaints, requests provided by phone or digital means;
for identification;
technical support.

Managed categories of personal information:	Name, Surname; Contact information (for example e-mail address, phone number, delivery address); Your correspondence; Information regarding date of purchase, product defects, complaints; Other documents and/or data (for.ex. Pictures) provided with the query; Account information.
Legal basis	Legal requirements, because we have the duty to examine and answer the queries of our users. Legal interest to value the feedback from our clients so as to improve the quality of our activities and services.

8. Information, how You use our websites

On the basis of improving our services, products, systems evaluation and creation without the information provided directly by You, we can also gather non-personal information about how You use our websites.

It helps us to better understand our users ( f. ex. How much time is spent on a webpage, which links are chosen most often, what the users dislike and so on).

So as to better understand the needs of our users and optimize services and user experience as an example, we can gather information highlighted further:

Device information, which is the IP address (determined and protected in an anonymous form), operational system version and the parameters of the device that You use to reach the content/products.
Log in information, which is the amount of time You spend each session, query terms which You enter on our websites, information kept in cookies.
Geographical location – only the country.

All information of that kind is protected only in the pseudonymized user profile. This information is never used to determine specific users and is not connected with another individual user information.

9. Cookies

So that we could offer full-fledged services with Your permission in Your computer (or other devices that You use) information is stored (cookies), which is used to recognize You as a previous user by gathering visitation statistics, information about the shopping cart (Proud.LT).

10. Third-party websites, services and products in our websites

In the information manager website(s) or social networking accounts, third party advertisement banners, links to their websites and services can be found, which are not controlled by the information manager. The information manager is not responsible for the safety and privacy of any information gathered by third parties.

You have to be careful and read the privacy regulations applied in third-party websites and services that You use.

11. In what instances and to which third parties we reveal Your information

We can share Your personal information with certain service suppliers:

companies which provide services on our request for carrying out client requests, product deliveries, f. ex. AB Lietuvos paštas;
banks/companies, which help carry out billing operations;
companies, which provide specialized newsletter distribution service;
insurance companies, with Your consent or request;
IT service providers, lawyers and lawyers offices, consultants and advisors.
institutions whose funds co-finance the ongoing project or their authorized institutions for the purpose of project supervision, f. ex. VšĮ Švietimo mainų paramos fondas, the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania, etc.

For all of these companies the freedom to use Your information is limited, the information provided is only that which is required to carry out their services and they cannot use that information in any other way other than providing those services to us.

It can be required to reveal Your personal information to other parties when it is enforced by law for procedural actions, judicial disputes and/or state and governmental institution requirements in the residential country or beyond its borders.

Information about You can also be revealed if we determine that it is necessary for national security, required by law or other public interests. Information about You can also be revealed if it is required to do so in order to ensure compliance with our regulations and conditions or to safeguard our operations and users. We can reveal Your information to a related third party in the case of reorganization, company merge, sale or bankruptcy.

In other instances with Your consent or lawful request.

12. Protection of personal information

Managing of information abides by legal requirements, which means that personal information is not protected longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of its management. The information will be removed when it will stop being suitable or required for analysis, direct marketing or purposes for which it was collected.

Your personal information is collected for:

direct marketing purposes – for 3 years after the last day You used our services or content;
purchase of goods – throughout the whole warranty period but not shorter than 2 years;
You taking part in our events, projects, programs, games, promotions etc. – 5 years after Your last participation in an event organised by us (the period is counted from the end of the event).

After the specified terms are ended, the information will be irreversibly deleted.

We use intelligent and proper physical and technical measures to protect the information which we collect for the purposes of providing content/services. However, keep in mind that even that if we take action to protect Your information, not a single website, operating on the Internet, computer system or wireless connection is completely safe.

In those instances, when it is necessary according to the requirements of responsible institutions and/or Your personal information was used for illegal activities or if there are reasonable suspicions for identity theft for which the required legal institutions carry out a pre-trial investigation or if there are other legal grounds or purposes, personal information can be retained in the servers of the Information manager for a longer period than outlined in this PP.

13. Your rights and options

If Your personal information is managed in Proud.LT, Ėjimas, IKI Velomarathon, winterrally.lt data manager activities then You have these rights:

Right to know – know (be informed) how Your information is managed;
Right to be acquainted – acquaint Yourself with Your data and how it is managed;
Right to correct – to demand to correct, or taking into account the data management purposes, to supplement incomplete personal information;
Right to erase and right to “be forgotten” – to destroy Your information or to stop the management of Your information;
Right to limit – You have the right to demand that the personal information manager limit personal information management in a case of legal reasons;
Right to move – You have the right to move Your information.

Information manager may not provide conditions to fulfill the aforementioned rights when in instances provided by the law it is necessary to ensure prevention of crime, official or professional ethics violations as well as their investigation, determination and the data subject or other personal rights and freedoms protection.

15. Policy validity and changes

This PP is reviewed at least once every two years. This privacy policy can be updated in order to correct mistakes or comply to new legislation or technical requirements. The newest version of this privacy policy can always be found on this page.

The last update of PP was on May 7th, 2019.
